Led by Senior Speech Pathologist Kate Morling, our clinic provides home-based, clinic-based, teletherapy, and school-based speech therapy services across Mexico City , as well as online therapy services globally.

Kate Morling
CEO & SENIOR SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Kate is an Australian-trained Speech and Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience working with children from 12 months to 18 years across Australia, the UK, Mexico, and the USA. In 2016, she founded CWK Speech Therapy to support the English-speaking community in Mexico City and now operates clinics in both Australia and Mexico.
Driven by a passion for helping children discover find their voices and achieve their full potential, Kate specializes in treating language and literacy challenges, including Dyslexia. She frequently speaks on cross-cultural competency in her field and mentors young entrepreneurs in launching their own speech pathology practices.

Diana Laura Cortez Meza
CWK CLINIC CO-ORDINATOR
BILINGUAL ENG/ESP SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Diana is a certified, nuerodivergent speech therapist from Morelia, Mexico, with extensive experience in early intervention. She specializes in supporting students with autism, using a whole communication approach to establish AAC systems that enhance their communication. Diana is dedicated to providing inclusive, age-appropriate services for autistic children. She also offers informational seminars on various speech therapy topics for our clients and external organizations. Outside of work, Diana enjoys organizing cultural events in Mexico City.

Jessica Valera
BILINGUAL ENG/ESP SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Jess is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist from Los Angeles, California, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She has experience across early intervention, parent training, AAC, and working with diverse speech and language diagnoses. Jess is passionate about using visual strategies to support meaningful, functional communication and is committed to providing therapy that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and genuinely fun. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog Penny and exploring new corners of Mexico City.

Celia Young
ENGLISH SPEAKING SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Originally from the USA, Celia is a qualified Speech Pathologist and ASHA member. Celia is passionate about working with children with learning differences such as Dyslexia and is Orton Gillingham trained. Celia has a background in teaching and has deep belief that everyone should have access to communicating their wants and needs and enjoys making sessions fun, meaningful and engaging for her young clients.

Katherin Groewe
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Originally from Germany, Kathy has lived in Mexico for the past 5 years. With a background in Speech Therapy and Project Management, Kathy plays a key role in supporting new clients with intake forms and billing inquiries, as well as assisting our busy SLPs with scheduling and administrative tasks. Her dedication ensures that our operations run smoothly, allowing our therapists to focus on providing exceptional client care.
